| Job Description |
| 1. |
Build and maintain a strong commercial background for identifying potential clients and market for company’s range of products and services at present and future. |

Identify market opportunities to encourage rental and leasing of company owned construction equipments. |
| 3. |
Brainstorm on developing value –added equipment delivery proposals including rental rates, transportation costs, manpower mobilization (if any), terms of reference, necessary advertisements and promotion techniques etc. |
| 4. |
Work closely with equipment and workshop manager to check (a) condition and (b) availability of equipments being requested for by clients. |
| 5. |
Study international brochures and company profiles to develop a list of numerous concrete products to be introduced in the domestic market. |
| 6. |
Develop a list of existing players in the concrete products market and source authentic information in regard to price and general standards. |
| 7. |
Recommend procurement of new equipments in consultation with equipment and workshop manager. |
| 8. |
Maintain up to date knowledge on sector specific developments and upcoming projects for company’s viable involvement. |
| 9. |
Ensure delivery of exact rental equipment and support services of superior quality and value where and when required by customers. |
| 10. |
Work with a view to growing a successful team of dedicated individuals in future. |
